When you contact us, we will be happy to discuss your project with you on the phone and give you some initial thoughts and answer your questions. We can then arrange a meeting to discuss what you and any others involved (often your family or business partners) want to achieve both now, and in the future. We’ll walk around your building or plot, talk about your own ideas, and often come up with some that you may not have thought of. We’ll give you our outline thoughts on planning, design, budget, timescale (although budget and timescale can only be indicative at this stage), and advise you on any additional professional consultants that may be required e.g. Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Landscape architects and Interior Designers. This will allow us to obtain enough information about the project to provide you with a quotation for the services you require and give you a better sense of what might be possible.
