Mr. Hutchinson is a very business like person, a no nonsense professional. He has designed and managed the building of our residence with precision. His attention to details and exactness is noteworthy. Responding to needs of the construction crew, structural engineer  and mine was without delay and he does all of this with ease and agreement. Studio Blue Architects Incorporated was recommended to us in 2009 when we were looking for an Architect to draw the plans and facilitate the building of our home. It was imperative that we found a trustworthy, effective, thorough and efficiency person and company to work with since we were not residing in Barbados. We found these qualities and more in Ms. Polyana Bailey and Studio Blue Architects. From the inception Polyana allayed our fears and any uneasiness that we might have had, with her total professionalism, knowledge and understanding of the goals that we had for our home. She was very attentive to our needs during the planning stages, quite insightful and guided us through the process with ease.

When we commenced our home in 2012 Polyana was our eyes and ears on the construction since we were not in Barbados. She oversaw our budget and kept us abreast of every step in the building process; providing regular updates and photos of the progress of the project. In 2010 my husband and I contracted with Ms. Polyana Bayley of Studio Blue Architects to build our home in Phase II Millenium Heights. From the start Polyana was a pleasure to work with. She patiently and comprehensively explained the administrative and billing process and maintained her calm and patient demeanor throughout the building process. Any questions or concerns we had were answered patiently and professionally and our visits to her office were always friendly and cordial. Polyana gained our complete trust and respect and her guidance was always sound. Above all, we felt that she had our best interests at heart and truly wanted to create a beautiful home that we would not only be happy with but that we would have felt that we had made a good investment. Polyana gave of her advice freely throughout the construction process and even after our beautiful home was completed.

The process for site meetings with the Contractor always went smoothly and we appreciated the detailed Minutes that ensued after those meetings. The Contractor was kept on point and not allowed to delay. The invoicing from Studio Blue was also very prompt and easy to understand. Most importantly our home was completed within budget and is considered one of the more beautiful homes in Millenium Heights.

We would highly recommend Polyana from Studio Blue Architects. Our beautiful home was completed in the promised time and we have no doubt that had we decided to forego the cost of an architect that we would have encountered no end of stress with the Contractor as well as overruns and delays with completing the house on time.
